The initial analysis of your property is performed by a Tyris Communications Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer. During the analysis, we complete the following review:

Building and Land Inspection

• The physical features of your property are evaluated in order to determine the suitability of your property to accommodate wireless radio equipment and antennas
• Zoning and Base Districts are verified through public records and planning departments in order to determine permitting restrictions from the governing jurisdiction. This is a critical component of site development and too often overlooked during the initial analysis
• Coverage maps are generated by Tyris illustrating the coverage that carriers can expect from locating at your property

Coverage Analysis

• Drive testing results are evaluated to determine the best use of your property. This evaluation covers all segments of the wireless market and not just mobile telephones. We will give you a straightforward and professional opinion of the prospects for wireless income

Once a decision has been made to proceed with a Marketing Agreement with Tyris Communications, we distribute information on your property through our database of companies who lease tower and rooftop space including individuals and decision makers who work within the telecom industry. On the owner's behalf, we also

• Quote fees, rates and terms to potential wireless customers of the site as agreed upon in advance with you, the owner
• Negotiate, prepare and submit Site License Agreements (SLA's) for approval and execution by you, the owner
• Respond to all inquires for information from potential customers and promote the sites as available to prospective customers
• Work with the carriers and ownership on execution of design, permitting construction and "closeout" documentation
• Invoice and collect rent from the customer and submit payment to you along with an easy-to-read statement of rents received and distributed
